git: 'secrets' is not a git command

GitHub Desktopを使ってコミットしようとすると以下のエラーになる場合があります。

git: 'secrets' is not a git command. See 'git --help'.

解決法 1

Homebrewを使ってgit-secretsをインストールすると解決する場合があります。

$ brew install git-secrets

解決法 2

Homebrewでインストールしているgit-secretsへのシンボリックリンクをGitHub Desktopのパッケージ内に作成すると解決する場合があります。

$ ln -s /usr/local/bin/git-secrets /Applications/GitHub\ Desktop.app/Contents/Resources/app/git/libexec/git-core/git-secrets
